How can clients cancel?

Contact me to cancel (default)

Client sees your refund policy + your email. They write you with their reason; you decide on refunds case-by-case. Reschedule stays self-service.

Self-service cancel

Client cancels through the booking page. Refund is processed automatically based on the refund tiers below. Best for high-volume creators.

Reference refund tiers — shown to clients on every booking. In contact-me mode, you decide whether to honor them strictly or grant exceptions.

Reschedule policy

Can clients move the date? Set fees by notice period to discourage last-minute changes.

Max reschedules per party

How many times each side can reschedule a single session. Prevents repeated date-shifting. 1 is recommended.

When limit reached, the other side must agree to a counter-offer or the booking is cancelled per the cancellation policy above.
