Custom domain
Connect your own domain
Use your own web address for your store (e.g. mystore.com instead of creatorstore.co/alexander). Setup takes about 5 minutes and you'll need to log in to the site where you bought the domain (called your DNS provider — usually Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, etc.).
Enter your domain
Type the web address you want to use for your store.
Type your root domain (mystore.com) or a subdomain (store.mystore.com).
Add the DNS record
Open your DNS provider and add the record we'll show you here.
Open the DNS settings of your domain on your DNS provider and add the record below. We'll detect it automatically once it's live.
Using Cloudflare? Read this first
When adding the record, click the orange cloud icon next to it to turn it grey (DNS only). With the orange cloud on, Cloudflare proxies traffic and our HTTPS certificate won't issue.
You can re-enable the orange cloud later, after your domain status here turns green.

Help with these fields
Name / Host: Different providers ask for this differently. Use what fits yours:
If unsure, try the most common option first. The rest are equivalent.
TTL: Leave whatever default your provider suggests (usually Automatic, 3600, or 1 hour). It only affects how quickly future changes propagate, not whether the record works.
Why an A record and not CNAME? Root domains can't use CNAME records without breaking your email and other services — that's a DNS standard, not our choice. Subdomains don't have this limit.
Optional: redirect www → your domain
Most people type www.mystore.com by habit. We'll send them to mystore.com automatically.
Verify and go live
Once your DNS record is live, we'll provision an HTTPS certificate automatically.
Waiting for your DNS record
After you save the DNS record at your provider, click "Check now" below. New records usually appear within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.
